Cooking.com Presented by

Cooking.com was founded in 1998. The company was started by several people that had worked together at The Disney Store in Glendale, CA. They all enjoyed the business of retail and were excited about the opportunities the internet
created. They also all had a passion for creating a great company. How did they pick Cooking? An initial investor teamed them up with a cookbook publisher, and they had the perfect blend of cooking and retail knowledge to launch the best cooking website.
A lot has changed with e-commerce from 1998 to today. However, they successfully rode the internet bubble and survived the burst, pleased to have helped millions of customers along the way. Through the years they've maintained the integrity of their company and
stayed true to their goals:
Offer a complete assortment of products, including every top brand
Create a shopping experience that is extremely intuitive and simple
Provide dependable and affordable delivery — backed up by their own distribution center
Assist you quickly and efficiently by offering highly responsive customer service
Cooking.com has the products you want and information you need. They listen to customers every day — adding new items they’ve requested and discontinuing poorly rated products. They continually update and improve their site, their content, their services and the
site’s functionality based on the suggestions of customers. They strive to offer every kitchenware product and all the information about those products and brands for online shoppers.
They also offer recipes and feature articles from trusted and reputable sources that they've partnered with over the years including Cooks' Catalogue — the definitive guide to cooking equipment; top magazines including Cooking Light, Food & Wine, Fine Cooking,
and Taste of Home; and trusted brands such as Nestlé, Betty Crocker, and Crisco. |
